When I was exploring my data on the scale, I found these crazy facts. Turned out my techs were doing so much better than I expected. To be honest, I used to be the one just focused on the weight like most of the people, not mentioned the VF. I didn’t really care about my fat/muscle ratio until it hit the red zone.
I just recorded all these randomly, I believe if I did it on purpose, I guess the number might even more persuasive. Anyways, the number now already looked so impressive!
