Why INTRO class is a MUST?

Safety for EMS Training

EMS training can bring us a lot of benefits but every technology needs to be used carefully to ensure client safety. Our EMS uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles in four modes for providing different purposes which clients may feel and respond differently for the stimulation intensity. Thus, in this intro class, you can feel them all and our instructor will help to adjust your best intensity individually to reduce risks like skin irritation and muscle overuse, and also teach you how to wear the right EMS suit, so that it is all set up before your next coming class in advance for your best interest and convenience.

Safety for Pilates Equipment

Pilates reformers and Cadillac involve springs, straps, and moving parts, which can cause injuries (e.g., strains, falls) if misused. The introductory class ensures clients understand proper form and equipment handling.

Maximizing Effectiveness

Clients learn how to engage muscles during different modes of EMS to maximize benefits (e.g., strength gains/fatburn in 20 minutes), ensuring you get value from sessions. Also proper alignment and breathing are critical for Pilates. The class teaches fundamentals, enhancing results and client satisfaction.
